It’s Saturday and time for a new challenge at PBSChallenge. I have some very exciting  news to share this morning this is my first post as a new DT member  for Penny Black Saturday Challenge, I was so excited when I got chosen to join the DT and I still can not believe it now, so thank you all for having me.

So onto my Card for the challenge I have gone with a cute bunny from Penny Black Garden Friends which I coloured with promarkers , the challenge this month  at PBSChallenge  is Anything Goes with the optional of some scraps (use snippets of paper, ribbon etc on your project. Pride and JOY

Theme- 2 or more layers

It's time for another challenge today over at Crafty Calendar and this month we have two lovely sponsors  Dr- digi house of stamps and Crafty Ribbons. For my card I have gone with a great image called Pride of Joy, from dr- digi which I printed out onto white card then i cut it  to size. I added the clouds using a sky blue memento ink pad, and a scallop edge die cut that i cut in half, I then coloured the image with promarkers and added a bit of glossy accents. I made a red card 150×105 cm for my image to go on, the sentiment was made up and downloaded from words program. I hope you will pop on over to crafty Calendar and join in with the fun we always enjoy seeing your beautiful creations and you will always find some amazing inspiration from rest of the DT .

It’s a BOY..

                                    Morning all

A new baby boy card to share with you today. I stamped one of the cute little hedgehogs from Penny Black onto a white piece of card, then I coloured it with promarkers , my background papers are from my scrapbox that never seems to go down. The bird on the Branch die is from Marianne Designs , it’s a boy die is from Tonic Studio, ribbon buttons  and love heart sequins are from my craft box..

Happy Birthday

Morning all, hope you all had a lovely weekend.. today I would like to share with you a card I have made for one of my friends birthday coming up next week, I have had this poppy stamp for a while now and I have only just got round to using it, it’s from Little Claire design, I coloured the poppies with promarkers and did the bit of grass and sky with my watercolour pencils, the background paper is from my scrap box and the 
Birthday Wishes was a freebie. The small butterflies are from little punch I have.

Mythical Birthday.

Happy New Year everybody, hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year Eves . Mine was quiete  but lovely we had some friends staying with us from home in England over christmas which really was enjoyable. Today is our first challenge for 2018 over at Crafty Calendar we would like to see Mythical Creatures I have used a image called Butterfly Pony which is from one of our lovely sponsors this month A day for Daisies I sponged the background using my memento ink pads, then coloured this sweet little image with promarkers added a flower border and a couple of sequins . Morning all, I have been a bad girl and could not resist peeking at one of my christmas presents the wrapping was split and the temptation just got the better of me, and when I saw what it was I got so excited and could not wait to use it, I have confessed to my granddaughter what I’d done because I felt really bad hehehe. But I have another present to open from her and her family. I love my Penny Black stamps. So I made this Quick card, the stamp is called a thorny affair, I coloured it with promarkers added some  glitter to the berries and a Merry Christmas sentiment. Snowflakes.

Good afternoon, from what i hear and see from photos some of you are getting some of the white stuff, I love the snow, but I do understand it causes a lot of disruption for so many people stay safe and keep warm..  I have stamped  a little cutie hedgie from Penny Black, coloured him with promarkers, I stamped some snowflakes in white onto the blue square background but as they dried they seemed to fade away, I added a snowflake corner and a couple of snowflakes dies to the other corner. The white background I embossed using the fallen snow embossing folder from Stampin up

Hi, this is the last thank you card I have made all done ready to go after Christmas. For my card today i have used a  lovely flower stamp from Penny Black it's off a set called efforescence which I coloured with promarkers and blended in using memento ink pad Pear Tart the sentiment stamp was was on a wooden block but i took it off for some reason or other and put it on a piece of  foam,  I can not remember where the stamp came from. It’s Christmas

Morning all hope you all are managing to keep warm. It’s the last weekend of the month which means a new challenge over at Crafty Calendar, and the theme this month is  Its Christmas we have two fabulous sponsors this month also,  for my card I have used a image from Bugaboo called  Santa Claus Peeker which I coloured with promarkers, the fern, pine cone and bow are Dies from Tim Holtz thinlets and the poinsettia paper came free with a craft magazine a while ago. Festive Greetings

Hi there, I have been messing about this morning thought I would get my ink pads out and have a go at making some snow banks, there not perfect but I was quite pleased with the result, this was the best out of four or five lol.  The  birds and trees stamps are from card-io stamps, the sentiment is an old Woodware stamp, I stamped a penny  Black snowman and coloured him with promarkers and added some glitter. I love this time of year and because it snowed  at home yesterday it inspired me to use one of my favourite colours and make this snowy scene.

Good afternoon, I would like to share a thank you card I have made which is one of a few I have made to say thank you to my friends for there christmas gifts, I am back at home in Portugal and have brought them with me, plus all the family’s gifts too to open on christmas morning, so I thought I would make a start On my thank you cards now. I have used a cute little hedgie from Penny Black it’s from a cling set called HUGS, I stamped him onto one of the majestic square dies from spellbinders, then coloured him with promarkers added a bit of glitter to the flowers, and a couple of sequinsto finish off.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Hope you all have had a lovely weekend, as for me I am full of cold so no more said.lol 
 I  wanted to do something different from the norm for me, so I had another go at the heat resistant technique I think you call it, in the past I have not had much success with this technique. The poinsettia stamp is from Penny black Wonder Collection that I stamped with a Versa Mark ink pad and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder, then I rubbed  it all over with love letter memento ink pad, I added a bit of yellow to the middles of the poinsettias, then I thought I would paint over it all With distress crackle paint, I don’t think it worked as I can not see much crackle lol, I have had the bottle of crackle for some time so it might be no good, but it has left a lovely all over  finish to my card. I cut two oval shapes from Tonic, one in mirror gold card and one from a bit I had left over from my background and stamped it with Merry Christmas also from Penny black.

HARVEST LOVE

morning all,  it’s time for another challenge over at Crafty Calendar  where the theme this month is Autumn Colour’s there’s a lovely prize for one lucky winner, so we hope you will join in the fun and show us your beautiful creations, we always look forward to seeing them.  the DT girls have some really beautiful inspiration to share too. As for my card I have used leaf dies, that i cut from a background I made using brushos , the feather die was a freebie I got from a craft mag, harvest love stamp was a freebie too, I stamped around the edges of my card with Field of sky.

 The other day I was having a look through my christmas stamps and came across this old frame stamp from Rubbadubbadoo, it was one of my first christmas stamps i bought when I first started to make cards back in 2003, I had a shock when I saw the date on the stamp, where has time gone. The snowmen stamp is from Little Claire’s which I coloured with promarkers, and added some glitter to the inside of the frame, , also used is fallen snow embossing folder and spellbinders marvelous squares.

O HOLY NIGHT

 Morning all, well it’s good to be home for a while, but I can not say the same for the weather, I was playing with my new dies from Sizzix yesterday and eventually made this card , the hill die is from Lawn Fawn, and the stitch edge  square die is from the works, but because of the weather being so dark I had to wait to get a photo of it, the light hasn’t been to good but it’s the best out of a few I took. The sentiment stamp is from Hero Art.

What a Friend

Good morning , hope you all have had a lovely weekend.  After doing some ironing and packing yesterday ready for home, I sat and stamped this adorable image from Penny Black called LOVE in SPRING, I know it’s nearly winter you might say, but I am very lucky because where i am the sun is shining and the days are still very warm.  I stamped my image onto a square stitched edge die, coloured it with promarkers, mounted it on to majestic squares from spellbinders, the white embossed background is a frame that came in a packet with some others, WHAT a FRIEND  Sentiment stamp is also from Penny Black, lace, pearls, sequins, and spotted paper are from my craft box.

Morning all, I am so excited this morning as it’s my first day as a DT member for CRAFTY CALENDAR. I have never really worked with digi stamps before so it’s all quite new and exciting. Today I was tidying my craft cupboard making a list of things i need when I return home in a couple of weeks time, I came across hedgy and snowy it’s been a while since I have stamped these adorable couple so I thought I would have a couple of hrs me time and made this card. Coloured the image with promarkers and a white pencil, added a penny black sentiment  a couple of die cut christmas trees and sequins.
