Lady in Red

well it's time for me to head off back home to England early next week, for a short time, the weather here in Portugal in June, july and August its to hot for hubby and I,  I need to stock up on my craft goodies, so that's one thing I will be looking forward to going home for craft shopping,  plus it's my birthday  next Thursday, so hopefully new craft goodies there too haha.  I am really excited to be seeing the children grandchildren and great grandchildren and to spend some time with them. Our son is getting married in July so we are looking forward to that.. Today We have a new challenge starting over at Cardz 4 Galz and this time we would like you to be (Inspired by a Song ) for my card I used one of the fabulous images from stampin up called beautiful which I had to have the minute I saw them,  which was weeks ago maybe months, but I have only just got round to using them I do this with a lot of my stamp I buy lol. I coloured the image with copics  and out lined her with a light grey marker pen. Do pop over to the cahallenge I am sure you will find plenty of inspiration from the DT . You are in My Heart

hello nice of you to pop in. The Rose image I have used today is from the Penny Black set called Efforescence which  I stamped onto a rectangle die i cut from a white piece of card , I coloured my image with promarkers, then I coloured around my image with blue and green memento ink pads before I mounted my image on to another rectangle shape, my sentiment is also a Penny black stamp, the spotted background paper is from my scrap box.

Thank You..

I  Can not believe where this year is going, middle of May alread, I have just celebrated my 47 th Wedding Anniversary, when I told my dad I was planning on getting married at the age of 19 he hit the roof and threatened to bang mine and my future husbands head together haha,  and said it wouldn't last 5 minutes,I was the last one of 4 to leave home the baby!!! But I did understand how he felt, oh I wish he could see us now god bless him...   Today we have a new Challenge for you at Sparkles Monthly chosen by Jackie, who would like to see (4 or more legs).   please  do pop on over to the challenge and I am sure you will find some fabulous inspiration from the rest of the DT .. I had been looking through some digi image's that I have had for a while and came across this cute little fellow and thought he would be perfect for my DT  card, so I coloured him with graphit marker pens, the sentiment stamp is a freebie ,design papers are from my scrap box, I mounted my image onto a spellbinders die, and used some peel offs on the corners, the ribbon is from my box of scrap bits .

Morning all, .today we have a new challenge at Cardz 4 Galz chosen by Sian who would love to see Some Texture on your cards, we hope you will join in with the fun, we hope you will get some fabulous inspiration from the rest of the DT . For my card I have used a rectangle die I bought from the works, cut from some red card, that I stamp my sentiment on, I used white embossing powder and I added a bit of glitter to the white bossing powder too. Then I added two of the lovely poppy die from memory box .

I wish..

Thank you for visiting my blog, today is a new challenge for Sparkles Christmas this month Joan has chosen the theme and that is Snowflakes for my background I have used an embossing folder from Sue Wilson, my image is from Penny Black called Jolly Friends, which I stamped on to a piece of white card then cut it out using a rectangle stitch edge die I also cut out a red one too. I stamped the image again coloured it with my promarkers then fussy cut it out and added to my stamped image . The sentiment is also from Penny Black, the Snowflakes are from Sizzix and Memory box, the small ones are from The Works, and the rectangular dies too.  I finished off my card by adding a few sequins.. we hope you will join in the fun with us at Sparkle Christmas, and so look forward to seeing your creations too..
